About Her

In her own words Vani says, “I prefer an outgoing approach combined with creative insight. I am excellent at taking up an idea and getting people enthusiastic. I work more intuitively, am quick to make decisions, and have a high action orientation. I can be very persuasive in communicating my views, pushing forward with an entrepreneurial approach, cutting across hierarchy if necessary, and drawing support from diverse quarters. Overall I thrive best in an environment that provides a variety of new initiatives particularly those that challenge conventional thinking or behaviour.”
